| Accreditation Schedule: North America | Total Solutions Accreditation Workshop focuses on understanding AND applying the following TMS instruments:

Registrations and Further Information | This 3-day workshop is intensive, challenging and fun. All days will run from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Participants leave with a solid understanding of how to work with the TMS instruments as well as a concrete design for an application in their work environment. Participants will also know how to access ongoing support so they can make the best use of newly acquired skills.
Prior to the workshop, participants are required to complete both the Team Management Profile Questionnaire (resulting in your personal work preference report) and the Types of Work Profile Questionnaire (a job analysis report). At the workshop participants will receive and work through both Profile reports.
After the workshop, participants will have access to the online Linking Skills Profile accreditation module. The Linking Skills Profiles are generic multi-rater feedback reports with three versions.
Participants will be accredited after they have had some field experience - it is strongly recommended that they do this within 30 days of the accreditation workshop in order to gain experience in working with the TMS assessments and the TMS processing system. Participants will have e-mail and phone support during this period to help them solidify their use of the TMS materials.
